Global manufacture & distribution of AutoFireX® Direct High Pressure (DHP) CO₂ Fire Suppression Systems in the UK & worldwide.
CO₂ Fire Suppression Systems (DHP)
CO₂ Flooding for Cabinets & Small Enclosures
As a fully pre-engineered, automatic fire detection and suppression solution, our AutoFireX® DHP CO₂ Clean Agent Systems are designed for rapid & effective extinguishment of fires within enclosed, non-occupied hazards, including Class A Surface & Deep-Seated Fires, Class B Flammable Liquid Fires, and Class C Energised Electrical Equipment.
Our CO₂ Systems also include the IHP (Indirect High Pressure) Fire Suppression Systems.

How Our DHP CO₂ Fire Suppression Systems Work
Manufactured and tested in ISO 9001:2015-certified facilities, these Fire Suppression Systems ensure quality, reliability, and international compliance. Suitable for industrial, electrical, and mechanical applications, they employ high-pressure CO₂, providing fast, residue-free fire suppression.
Used for both detection and actuation, the Linear Pneumatic Fire Detection Tubing (FDT) is routed throughout your protected enclosure and connected to the DHP valve. The FDT is pressurised with dry nitrogen, keeping the valve closed. When exposed to flame or elevated temperatures, the tubing ruptures at the hottest point, forming an instantaneous discharge orifice. The rupture triggers the valve to open, releasing the CO₂. The CO₂ flows through the burst point and floods the enclosure, achieving rapid fire knockdown and extinguishment. This design provides a self-contained, self-actuating system that requires no external electrical power, wiring, or control equipment.
Suitable for harsh environments, the UL-approved/CE-marked, high-grade aluminium seamless cylinders are designed, manufactured, and tested to various standards.

Fire Protection for Industrial, Electrical & Mechanical Applications
These CO₂ Fire Suppression Systems are engineered for cabinet flooding and small enclosure protection where human occupancy is not expected. Applications include CNC, VMC, and EDM machining centres, electrical and electronic control cabinets, UPS and battery backup units, server and data storage cabinets, telecommunication racks, generator and transformer enclosures, laboratory exhaust hoods, pump and compressor enclosures, flammable chemical storage cabinets, oil and dust extraction units, vehicle engine compartments, and fuel and chemical storage tanks.
Approved to TPED (2010/35/EU) and BAMS standards, each AutoFireX® DHP unit comprises a High-Pressure Cylinder with mounting bracket, High-Grade Brass Direct Valve Assembly, Siphon Tube, Quarter-Turn Isolation Valve with easy-to-connect union, Pressure Gauge for pressure monitoring, Valve Guard, and AutoFireX® Fire Detection Tubing and Fittings. With an End-of-Line Adaptor for system status annunciation, the optional Pressure Switch provides a potential-free contact for interfacing with Fire Alarm Control Panels, ventilation shutdown, electrical isolation, and audio-visual alarm units.
