Manufactured from high-grade nickel chrome-plated brass, the AutoFireX® End of Line Adaptor with a Pressure Gauge operates at pressures between 0 and 25 Bar, up to a maximum of 60 Bar, and temperatures from -50°C up to +150°C. Featuring a 1/8” BSP thread size, it is designed to be compatible with the following systems and devices:

• DLP Systems with Low-Pressure Fire Suppression Agents (FK-5-1-12, HFC227ea, FE36, Dry Powders, Foams)
• ILP Systems with all Low-Pressure Fire Suppression Agents (FK5-1-12, HFC227ea, FE36, Dry Powders, Foam, Wet Chemicals, Water)
• Heat/Fire Detection Tube – 6mm diameter
• Adaptable Outlet Port for connecting an adaptor for recharge/commissioning and system monitoring.

Manufactured from high-grade nickel chrome (CuZn39) plated brass with Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) – 70 Shore A in black, the AutoFireX® Pressure Gauge operates at pressures from 0 up to 28 Bar and temperatures between -50°C and +150°C. 8mm in length, it has a metric thread size of 10mm x 1mm with a 1/8” National Pipe Taper (NPT).

Specifically designed to monitor and indicate system pressure and meet the requirements of EN3-7, it is compatible for use with the following systems:

• DLP Systems & valves with Low-Pressure Fire Suppression Agents (FK-5-1-12, HFC227ea, FE36, Dry Powders, Foams)
• ILP Systems & Valves with all Low-Pressure Fire Suppression Agents (FK5-1-12, HFC227ea, FE36, Dry Powders, Foam, Wet Chemicals, Water)
• End of Line Adaptors – EOL, Manual Actuators for recharge/ commissioning and system monitoring.

Manufactured from chrome nickel-plated brass body with Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) seats, the Next Gen AutoFireX® Isolation Ball Valve is utilised for all operation/ isolation/filling/ pressurising and recharging on all DLP/ILP Valves.

With a Gas (G) 1/8” thread size, it operates at pressures between -0.99 and 20 Bar up to a maximum of 25 Bar and temperatures from -20°C up to +80°C.

Manufactured from high-grade brass, the Resettable Manual Actuator with a Pressure Gauge is used to actuate the ILP or IHP system for all types of fire suppression agents via manual intervention.

Designed for initial charging and commissioning, this device features a pressure gauge for system pressure checks and is resettable, requiring no replacement burst disc. It also includes an internal Schrader valve that enables safe removal of gauges and charging adaptors.

This Manual Actuator operates at pressures between 0.5 and 20 Bar up to a maximum of 28 Bar and temperatures from -20°C up to +60°C.

Available in two patterns for various applications, the AutoFireX® Clean Agent Discharge Nozzles are specially designed to discharge low-pressure clean fire suppression agents such as FK-5-1-12, HFC227ea, FE36, etc., when utilised with AutoFireX® Fire Suppression Systems.

These Nozzles are made of high-grade brass with a nickel-chromium coating and Stainless Steel (SS303) for enhanced life and performance. All Nozzles are supplied with blow-off silicone caps to prevent the ingress of environmental contaminants, debris, etc.

With a ¼” British Standard Pipe Tapered (BSPT) thread size, they operate at pressures between 0.5 and 20 Bar up to a maximum of 30 Bar and temperatures from -50°C to +150°C.

Available in two patterns for various applications, the AutoFireX® Dry Chemical Powder (DCP) Discharge Nozzles are specially designed for the discharge of fire suppression agents, including ABC, BC, and D-type Dry Chemical Powders.

These Nozzles are made from high-grade brass with a nickel-chromium coating and Stainless Steel (SS303) for enhanced life and performance. All Nozzles are supplied with blow-off silicone caps to prevent the ingress of environmental contaminants, debris, etc.

The AutoFireX® Foam Discharge Nozzles are specially designed for the discharge of fire suppression agents, including Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF), K Foam & Wet Chemical Agents and come in three patterns used in Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems and various other applications.

These Nozzles are made of high-grade stainless steel and brass with a nickel-chromium coating for enhanced service life and performance. All Nozzles are supplied with blow-off silicone/Stainless Steel (SS) caps to prevent ingress of environmental contaminants, debris, etc.

With a 3/8” British Standard Pipe Tapered (BSPT) thread size, they operate at pressures between 0.5 and 20 Bar up to a maximum of 30 Bar and temperatures from -50°C up to +150°C.

Manufactured from PVC and Stainless Steel (SS303) with an 8mm diameter (Ø), the Anti-Tamper Seal & Safety Lock is suitable for use with an Isolation Valve to prevent tampering with your Fire Suppression System, ensuring optimal safety.  It operates at pressures of 20 Bar up to a maximum of 25 Bar and temperatures between -50°C and +150°C.

Made of high-quality silicone for use in harsh environments, the AutoFireX® Nozzle Blow-off Cap is designed to fit specific nozzles and protects against ingress of dust, water, or debris, preventing blockage of the nozzle orifices. On discharge, due to the pressure of the agent, the cap blows off the face of the nozzle, allowing the dispersion of the agent effectively.

With a 12mm diameter (Ø), they operate at pressures of 20 Bar up to a maximum of 25 Bar and temperatures between -50°C and +150°C.

Made from high-grade Mild Steel (MS) and powder-coated for enhanced durability and performance, the AutoFireX® Component Bracket with multiple secure points is designed for quick, easy installation of discharge nozzles, End of Line (EOL), various bulkheads, pressure switches, and more, across a range of applications.

Its dimensions are 60mm x 60mm (Length x Height).

The Manual Release Monitoring Unit (MRMU)‘s primary function is to provide a means of actuation through manual intervention.  

This unit is installed in the cabin/operator’s cabin on the dashboard/operating station to monitor your Fire Suppression System(s). It has been specifically designed for demanding applications such as Heavy Mobile Machinery, Mining vehicles, and heavy agricultural machinery/combine harvesters, where the operator, upon detection of fire (visual or automatic), can activate/ discharge the installed systems connected to this unit from within the cabin. It also continuously indicates and monitors the status of the installed ILP Fire Suppression Systems.

Made with a powder-coated, ingress-proof IP65-rated Mild Steel enclosure, this MRMU operates at voltages of 12VDC/24VDC with a power consumption of 30-50mA.

The AutoFireX® UL-Listed SPDT Pressure Switches are specifically designed for integrating alarm or safety cutout applications with air, gas and other low-viscosity fluids compatible with Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) rubber and brass. Made with brass connections, brass & polyoxymethylene bodies, EPDM seals, and beryllium copper diaphragms, they are built for durability and longevity, tested for over 100,000 cycles, and are also compatible with most fire suppression chemicals.

To ensure long service and life, select the maximum pressure range as follows:

Dynamic pressure applications Pmax = 75% of Range

Static pressure applications Pmax = 100% of Range

The maximum pressure that can be applied is 125% of the pressure range.

This unit can withstand pressures up to 2000psi, rupturing at 3000psi.
